Within 1-4 hours, depending on the size and complexity of your property, I will measure your level of exposure to a range of natural and artificial types of EMF radiation, suggest mitigation measures to fix “EMF hot spots” – especially in locations where you and your children sleep or work and, if time permits, analyse major energy blockages or imbalances as per Vastu.

With a 1-2 hour inspection, I can give you peace of mind that you are buying / renting a dream home that is EMF safe and will support your health and that of your family. Your presence on-site is not required. And should neither the agent nor the owner be able to give access, I can still assess important aspects from the surrounding area and from architectural floor plans.

Whether you wish to evaluate a new property, or receive tips and inspiration on how to redecorate, remodel or extend an existing one, my online assessment will guide you step by in a very simple manner. I will send you a brief questionnaire and ask you to provide architectural or hand-drawn floor plans with rooms labeled and a rough sketch of furniture placement and outside area.

Geobiological Assessment

My interactive on-site visits can take between 1-4 hours depending on the size of the property and the complexity of the situation. Remember – your bedroom and those of your children are the most important health zones and are always given absolute priority.
You will be guided through the entire process in a practical manner and you will receive many complimentary tips on immediate, effective and inexpensive solutions that you can easily implement yourself.
At the end of my visit you will receive a detailed report with all meter readings and a remediation plan that is specific to your property and aims to achieve verifiable solutions.
I only work with licensed electricians to solve problems relating to faulty building wiring and dirty electricity.
I only recommend shielding materials such as fabrics, paints, circuit breakers that were scientifically tested to offer the highest results and are endorsed by health practitioners and clients around the world.

Optimising existing spaces
In my Vastu Consulations I analyse and optimise what you already have and rarely recommend structural changes. Your personal design style, your budget & time, the characteristics of your land & built environment are all important factors that I take into consideration.
A Vastu Consultation can be especially helpful at a time when you are thinking of buying a new property, remodelling, redecorating or building an extension of an existing one, but most importantly when you are struggling in certain areas of your life.
After my assessment, you will receive a written summary of all my findings along with a list of recommendations that you are free to implement if and whenever you consider appropriate and desirable.
- Assessing & optimising the outside area (plot, garden, trees, plants, water bodies, entrance gate, fencing, garage, etc.)
- Assessing the shape and orientation of the building to the cardinal directions & the distribution of the 5 elements.
- Assessing the floor plan of the building on a 9x9 grid, the central space "Brahmasthan", the location of the main entrance door, the buildings energy lines.
- Assessing other internal structural element (stairs, pillars, beams, doors and windows, etc) as well as utilities (water and drainage pipes, electrics & heating system, etc.)
- Assessing & advising on the best allocation of rooms for their purpose and person using it.
- Assessing the interior design of each room & advising on best furniture placement, furnishings, colour, materials, art & decorative items, etc.)
